We’re looking for a passionate and experienced coffee professional to lead our coffee programme and help shape the future of our offering. This is a hands-on, full-time role that blends leadership, training and service - ideal for a senior barista ready to step up or someone coming from a roastery background.
Key Responsibilities:
● Training & Development - Lead onboarding and ongoing training for all front-of-house sta - Foster a culture of curiosity, learning, and high standards - Enthuse and energise the team around coffee
● Quality Control & Consistency - Monitor coffee quality daily across sites - Regularly cup and calibrate with the team - Maintain consistency in recipes, dial-ins, and service
● Machine Maintenance & Engineering Liaison - Oversee preventative maintenance and repairs - Act as the main point of contact with external technicians and engineers
● Coffee Culture & Leadership - Lead our coffee vision and ensure it’s felt across the team - Be a role model of great service and great coffee - Host team tastings, cuppings, and regular coffee catch-ups
● Service Balance - The role will predominantly be bar focussed, with a healthy amount of time assigned to training, QC and development.
