Our Farringdon shop is a local gem: buzzing with regulars, humming with city workers, and known for epic banana bread and silky flat whites. We’re on the hunt for a General Manager to lead this vibrant café, keep the good times rolling, and make sure every guest leaves happier than they arrived.
What you’ll do as Manager: ✅ Lead the team with energy, warmth, and a sense of fun ✅ Keep the shop looking stunning, stocked, and spotless ✅ Deliver brilliant service that turns first-timers into regulars ✅ Manage rotas, orders, and daily operations like an absolute boss ✅ Support, train, and motivate your team to shine ✅ Make sure every cup of coffee and every bite of banana bread is spot on
